1 & 2: yes, boards can be exported to a csv file, and you can import csv files into a board
3. Although there isn't a specific "template" feature, you can copy and paste cards within a board or between boards via the 3-dot menu in the top corner of the column/card
4. Yes, subtasks can be "resized" on the gantt chart view the same as tasks.
