What content form can be imported into WordHero? (Word docs, .txt files, .html, .pdf ?)
If so, what is the word limit for long-form content in WordHero?
There have been quite a few improvements in long-form, notably:
- more SEO features including a keyword research tool where you can view analytics like search volume, search trend, all-in-title volume, Keyword Golden Ratio, etc. - you can basically turn any keyword you want to rank into a full article, fully-optimized for that keyword - Advanced Writer also works in 108 languages...
I'm reading in your Plans, i.e.: "Unlimited GPT-3.5 tokens per month, 10,000 GPT-4 tokens per month"... But isn't GPT-3.5 deprecated? So what are the Plans (and why don't you update them)? Thanks.
Q: Why the software telling me that I'm out of credit when it hasn't been used for a month?
I purchased the Tier 2 plan but haven’t used the software at all this month. Now, when I try to access it, I’m being told that I don’t have sufficient credit. This doesn’t make sense, especially since I haven’t used the software. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible! It’s frustrating to have a service I can’t access.

GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 have been replaced by GPT-4o-mini and GPT-4o respectively since the first day it was available :)
