Q: Does Markupgo have an MCP Connector?

I just purchase this now and Im excited in using it. However, I'm not able to claim my codes because your entire website seems to not be working.

My question is can I connect Claude using an MCP connector?

Thanks,

A: Hi there! 👋

Everything on the site is fully operational right now.

As for your second question — we don't have an MCP connector yet, but our API is very easy to work with: just copy our API documentation into Claude (or any AI tool you use), and it will handle the integration for you. From there, you should be able to simply ask it for whatever you need.

A: Hi csolivec,

MarkupGo is a developer tool, but you don't need to be a coding expert to use it. As long as you can make a simple HTTP request — or you're using a low-code/no-code platform that supports HTTP requests (like Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.) — you can convert any web page or URL to PDF.

A great tip: give our documentation link to an LLM (like ChatGPT or Claude) and describe what you want...

Q: can it automate generate pdf report with dynamic content?

Hi, may I check if MarkupGo can support this online quiz workflow?

Can MarkupGo receive quiz answers as JSON data via API?
Can those answers be inserted into a saved template as dynamic content?
Can the output be generated as a PDF report?
Does the API return a hosted PDF URL that I can save and send to the user?
Is this suitable for personalised reports that may contain user-submitted...

A: Hi WinWin,

Thanks for reaching out — and yes, MarkupGo is a great fit for exactly this kind of quiz-to-PDF workflow. Here's a point-by-point answer:

Can MarkupGo receive quiz answers as JSON via API?
Yes. You send your quiz answers and results as a plain JSON object in the API request body (under source.data.context).

Can those answers be inserted into a saved template as dynamic...

Q: What to use as drag-and-drop editor for HTML

Hello!
I am a bit of technician but not quite for writing HTML line by line. I'm trying a little bit of MarkupGo before buying and it seems Canva or Mobirise tools for drag-and-drop editor doesn't produce good html code for use in MarkupGo.
What would you suggest to use for easier creation of HTML code? I read in one of your blog you use Preline and Tailwind but they seems not so easy to use. Is there any other tool for easier editing HTML you would suggest?

A: Hi uremovic,

Thanks for trying out MarkupGo and great question!
You're right that drag-and-drop builders like Canva or Mobirise often produce messy or overly complex HTML that doesn't always render well in MarkupGo.
Our suggestion would be to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude. If you can describe what you want in plain language, these tools can generate clean, well-structured HTML and CSS...

Q: Can MarkUpGo API compress existing images?

Can MarkUpGo API be used with existing (non-generated) images in workflows to change image file type, compress and optimize for web performance? I see you have the ability to change image size, quality and compression but it is not clear to me if those features can be used with existing, non-generated images. If yes would tier 1 be sufficient if I do not need generated image editing?

A: Hi jonathan9580,

Thanks for your purchase and great question!

To be upfront with you — our Image Transformation API (resize, compress, change quality/format, etc.) only works on images that have been generated through MarkupGo.

So to answer your specific questions:

Can you use MarkupGo to compress/convert existing images? — Not directly. The compression, quality, and format conversion...
