Bought Tier 3 and lost all the money

Seems like this was discontinued after it was launched on AppSumo. My subscription is no longer valid and support is not responding at all.

I bought Tier 3 and will certainly never invest in a new company on AppSumo again. Even if it is advertised by AppSumo the risk of losing all your money is just too high.

Lacking Personality

I wanted to get Marquiz earlier this year and bought it over BF weekend. I'm now a bit disappointed. I wanted to create a personality quiz. I reached out to support to find out that it wasn't possible, and that it was being looked into.

I then took a look at the roadmap to find that it was added as an idea 9 months ago and then added to "Planned" 5 months ago. After contacting support to find out there is no ETA. It's fairly standard on all quiz platforms I have seen, and I'm shocked its not available here.

I'm not waiting to refund in 50 days, refunding now.

Very good but could improve

Product features are excellent however there are a few things that could be improved:

Pros:
- A lot of features and customization capability
- Animations and buttons look awsome

Cons:
- There are Russian-like characters everywhere (the email field label for example). And no, it is not in your UI but in the Lead form that will be shown to your customers when you complete your quiz.
- Support is non-existing. I opened a support request on Sunday and never got a response. Not sure if other weekdays would be better.
- There are many broken links to the Help center or documentation.

Awesome Support

One of the best experience I have in SaaS product. It was lacking a language which I required, Julia from Support assisted in adding it within days of request. Overall a solid product if you are doing quiz, even occasionally for us (coming from someone who used a lot of surveys product for business).

No clear roadmap and not intuitive

I bought this to replace Google Forms for quiz being used for leadgen. I took it for a spin yesterday. I am finding the thought behind it to be very complicated. It seems like the logic and use case is off.

Example: A basic function for the user to receive their score and results of their quiz via email is not available!!! Support asks you to add your suggestion to a list hundreds of suggestions but their roadmap shows that the last update was pushed June 2021.

If they improve on this before my 60 days are over, I will change my rating. For now I will have to go back to google ole Google Forms, and if this feature is not implemented I will refund.
