Hello, can you explain the "Multi person support access" and its benefits? Thank you!

It’s created mainly for companies with IT support teams that need access to our support services. Support registrars can contact our support and handle support queries, instead of everything going only to the account owner (for example, the CEO using Meet Oscar while the IT team manages support requests). This is primarily for security reasons.
For most users and smaller companies, the main differentiators compared to the other packages are the additional credits and the ability to spread these across more email accounts.
