Q: If I get tier 3, does your brand show anywhere in the process? and can I change the language in the app?
I have an event business and this would be a nice addition to my services but I´d like to know if the white label is complete or you brand shows at some point in the customer process, and a lot of my clients are Spanish speaking so it´d be nice to change the language for my customers when using the app.

With Tier 3, you can turn off all Memogram branding. You can also change the event page language to Spanish.

A: No - Memogram does not claim ownership of your photos or videos.
All media uploaded to Memogram remains the property of the original owner/uploader and/or the event host, depending on your event’s usage terms, which you can set from your Event Editor page.
We simply provide the platform and storage system that allows guests to securely upload and share memories from your event.

A: We're currently exploring the option to add Header/footer script on Event pages. Be sure to join the Memogram Users' Private Facebook Group, as updates will be provided there when available.
You can find the link to join this group on the Header area of your Memogram account.
This would allow us to create a much more premium branded experience: custom backgrounds, animated sections, better instructions for guests, branded buttons, visual effects, trust badges, and more polished event-specific designs.
For example, I would like to improve the upload page with a more premium event-style design, custom visual effects, better mobile layout, and branded instructions for guests before they upload photos/videos.
Do you think this could be added to the roadmap?
This would make Memogram much stronger as a white-label event memory platform.

Can I embed the gallery on a website?

For now, you can only embed the QR Code on any webpage. Comments and likes are allowed, and can be turned on from the Moderation tab.
