Q: Status of Merlin and Bonkers

I can no longer access or generate images and graphics using Bonkers. And even more concerning I no longer have access to assets I previously created.

Is this company out of business now?

Merlin has downgraded us to the free plan and is now asking us to upgrade to the Pro plan. None of the support tickets, including those about the upgrade, have been answered. Can someone please reply here to explain why we are being asked to upgrade to a monthly plan to continue using this product? Thanks.
Has anyone else had their account displaying "free", and being prompted to now "upgrade" to Pro?
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my AppSumo Tier 2 license. Despite extensive testing, the tool's performance is currently unacceptable. The models fail to match the quality of the original interfaces; the tool is plagued by repetitive confirmation loops that disrupt my workflow. Furthermore, it fails consistently on coding tasks, producing non-functional or irrelevant HTML output. Most prompts result in errors or completely irrelevant responses. As a Tier 2 user, I expected a reliable tool, but it is currently unusable. Please investigate these issues and let me know how you intend to fix these performance problems. I look forward to your response.
