I sent an email to hi@usemevo.com two days ago but haven’t received a response yet. I’ve also tried the Mevo chatbot and encountered a few issues:
I used the training method by uploading a PDF file of the Company and Product Profile. However, the chatbot still couldn’t answer questions related to the content of the file. It seems like the AI didn’t acquire any information, even though its status is marked as “trained.”
Strangely, when I checked back in the training-files menu, the uploaded PDF file wasn’t there. But when I checked the Training Character Limit, it had significantly decreased. In other words, the character limit has been reduced because of the file I uploaded earlier.
Could you please help me with a solution for this issue?
Hey Furkan, actually the product is really good but the TRAINING CHAR LIMIT is the only thing that keeps me away from buying it. Also there is no way that we are allowed to buy more of it. Bought it twice and twice I have got it refunded. :( wishing you all the best.
I tried uploading a PDF Company Profile or Product Profile for AI Training. It only takes 15k-25k training characters. With 25 million characters in Tier 3, it means it can be used for 1000 chatbots (assuming each chatbot takes 25k training characters). Still worth it in my opinion. #cmiiw
Q: Unlimited Website but limited number of Seats?
From what I read in the QnA section, seats are used to limit accounts that can login the dashboard, manage chatbots, and receive notifications, right?
This means that we cannot sell chatbot services where the client manages the chatbot themselves, right?
Because you limit the seats so even though I can install 1000 chatbots on 1000 websites, only 10 people can manage the 1000 chatbots, each client cannot manage them themselves.
I think this is a strange concept and click bait 'unlimited website' when in reality it is actually 'limited website based on number of seats', any explanation?

Wanted to know what happens with training characters limit (25 mil in tier 3)? I mean do we get it unlimited for the chat bot if we use own KEY?

No, the training character limit is independent of token usage, so connecting an OpenAI key or not won't change the training character limit.
