Is there any plan in the future to import SCORM?

Even Articulate (> USD 1000 per year) and Adobe Captivate cannot import SCORM courses. I tried last year to find any paid software up to 300 USD PER MONTHs that can, I looked for 3 weeks, no system does it — Only LMS system to show the SCORM content but they are unable to edit it.
