Linxs7Q: Why are quizzes and interaction tools only available at Tier 4 and not included in lower tiers?
I’m trying to understand the learning design approach behind the tier structure. In most self-paced courses, quizzes and interactions play a key role in reflection and comprehension. Without those elements, it’s unclear how the intended learning experience is meant to work at lower tiers. I’m not requesting changes—just hoping to better understand the reasoning behind limiting assessment and interaction tools to Tier 4 and how creators at Tier 1 are expected to support learner engagement.

You can add quizzes and interactive elements like "Image Hotspots", etc also with Tier-1. Are there any specific elements you are looking for?
