As a buyer of the Tier-6 package, I am utterly disappointed. The Mini Course Generator does offer some useful features, but it’s an absolute breach of trust. While the marketing aggressively touts how important the community is, support has completely ignored my crucial GDPR inquiries since January (!)

This is neither an isolated incident nor just a personal support issue: this tool, in its current form, poses a massive, unpredictable legal risk for EVERY business owner in the European Union. Anyone using this software is actively putting their business survival on the line.

The hard facts about the legal danger in the EU:

No DPA (Data Processing Agreement) available: There’s no way to conclude a legally compliant contract under Art. 28 GDPR. Any EU company using this tool processes customer data without the legally required legal basis.

Illegal tracking without consent: A DevTools analysis shows that as soon as a course loads, connections are immediately made to Google Fonts, Google Tag Manager, and Stripe—before the user has even given consent. This directly violates EU law.

Bottom line: For such violations without legal grounds, companies in the EU face draconian fines under Art. 83(5) GDPR of up to €20 million or 4% of global annual turnover. The Mini Course Generator simply dumps this existentially threatening risk onto its customers and plays dead. Until this changes: a total warning to all EU citizens!
