My notes on your comment:
1- The platform is growing. We keep adding new features. Such a sustainable improvement on our solution is a good things for Sumo-lings.
2- We started with 1 tier in the late 2021. Then tier plans increased to 3 and 5. I guess you purchased around 1,5-2 years ago when the highest tier was 5. As features come in, it is normal that new tiers are being added.
3- We are adding some new features to all tiers whereas adding some of them to the upper tiers due to its cost structure. As more advanced features come in, we add them to the higher tiers as you mentioned.
4- From my perspective, the important thing is proving continuity among tier structure, where upgrading to higher and new tiers are possible.
