Unhappy with the CName - Function
I bought the Mini Course Generator a couple of months ago. I am fine with the generator itself but very unhappy with adding the costum domain. In some cases an MX- problem (don`t know why) because Meiro had the same problem (Cloudflare problem) but they were able to solve the problem with adding an additional. It runs now on all my domains but not the Mini Course Generator. The try, they are friendly, our provider checks but the problem exists. I bought a new domain to solve the problem.
My mistake was not to use the refund option because the course generator seems very promising

CNAME function has been commonly and widely used by the MCG community, even with multiple custom domains for single accounts. Unless the cname is directed to our servers, unfortunately we can not do anything since we can not intervene your hosting settings.
It is upsetting for us to see getting two tacos for unconnected CNAME due to unverified redirection, which is out of our control, still thank you sharing.
