I haven’t received Tier 4 access or the individual AI models promised by the end of the month — please provide a firm delivery date or i will be looking to initiate a refund. You all promised sora and veo, but still not here. There hasn't even been updates to tell us why it's taking longer than expected.
alright well i gave an extra week, but ultimately i think i am going to have to refund because it seems you guys don't keep your promises. you promised new update end of 2025, its now a week later, no update, no announcement, no sora 2 no veo, no updates, then you didn't deliver tier 4, broken promises. i have lost trust.

Ive asked 2 crickets after 3 months
Q: Where are the Studio, Sora 2 and VEO 3
Where are the updates for Sora 2, and VEO 3? because I am not seeing them and please the time it takes to generate a video is too long.
Also give us the option to place the subtitles either in the middle, or below or even at the top. We are stuck with the default one.
Add more Visual style like Stickman. And please we need longer videos and not just 4 or less minutes videos.
