I hate to write this, but Mootion's features are too limited and the tool has too many bugs. Here's a list:

1. Mootion consumes so many credits that it's impossible to use it for more than one video consisting of 22 video scenes, even with a Level 2 license.

2. The video quality is poor even with the "High Quality" feature enabled (distorted faces, bright blue eyes, a 5-year-old boy with an old man's face), and there's no way to edit the content. And the "High Quality" feature consumes twice as many credits! This means that with just one video containing 22 scenes, I used up about 85% of my credits (2,900 out of 3,500). Absurd!

3. Of the 22 scenes to be converted into videos, three were not generated in video format due to copyright issues. What do you mean? So what should I do? I don't know.

4. I had selected an Italian voice, and during the generation process, it used another one I didn't like, but I spent some credits.

5. The Italian voice mispronounces words because it uses the wrong accents.

I was expecting a useful tool for creating scenes for my videos, but overall, the product is poor, and in my opinion, it's not worth the risk of keeping it hoping for updates.

For me, the product is still too far behind, and the excessive credit consumption doesn't even give me the chance to test the tool without worrying about getting a result I don't like.

If you test and make a mistake, even at level 2, you've wasted a month of credits. It's frustrating; I've already asked for a refund.

I was excited to come across Mootion AI, since our agency have been on the lookout for a decent AI video generator for some time now.

Unfortunately, Mootion doesn't seem to be able to live up to our expectations. Here's why:

1) Videos are pretty meh. Especially for scientific topics or topics related to history... each and every scene is a hit or miss, even with many tries.

2) Credits are not nearly enough: IF you want to animate each scene (which, I assume most of us would), then you run out of credits with just a few videos, even on the top tier. The credits aren't even enough for a solo creator – let alone a digital marketing agency juggling multiple clients.

3) Very limited language options: some of the bigger languages, and almost all smaller languages are missing. It shouldn't be complicated to add languages to an AI, and it would provide a massive benefit to many users. Yet, the founders don't seem to agree...

4) Finally, I'm not sure about their support... While I've only reached out one time with a feature request, I haven't heard back anything. It's been well over a week now, and nothing.

Honestly, Mootion does have the potential to evolve into something amazing, but it's definitely not there yet. The lack of language options is a HUGE limitation, and even then, you're stuck with a few mediocre videos each month (since you can't create more).

I had specific ideas for an advertising video. Unfortunately, only 5,000 characters are allowed for the story.
I wanted to rework the scenes created from this, as they did not meet my expectations and the punchline of the video was lost.
However, the English prompt I created is first reworded by the system and then a new draft is created. Unfortunately, this meant that I was unable to get even the preview image of the first scene to be created correctly.
I had Tier 3 and big plans, and Mootion is certainly on the right track, but at this point in time, my instructions are unfortunately not yet being implemented precisely.
I might try again later, because otherwise I really liked the software.

Great software overall, but I have a concern regarding the animated video credits cost. While I truly appreciate that you offer animated video generation, I find the credit cost to be very high compared to other AI video generation tools. Currently, I have 30 LTD subscriptions for top AI video generation software, and with these, I am able to create 30 to 60 fully animated videos per month. However, with Mootioon LTD Tier 3, where I purchased an 8,000-credit plan, I am only able to generate about 10 to 15 animated videos per month. This is a significant difference and limits my ability to fully utilize the software for my creative projects.

Given that we are currently on Black Friday, I kindly ask that you review and reconsider how the credit calculation is structured for animated videos. Offering a more balanced and competitive credit system would encourage me to subscribe to one or even two more LTD Tier 3 plans. This software is exactly what I need for my video creation process, and optimizing the credit system would greatly enhance user satisfaction and loyalty. Please treat this request as a priority.

A fantastic idea for creating brand stories. A few things still need refinement. Languages ​​are the biggest issue – please provide Mootion in Polish!
Credits run out quickly - an hour of play ate up half of my Tier 3 plan :) However, after learning it, it should be enough for a month for a small brand.
