Mootion turned my scattered ideas, text prompts, images, and voice clips into polished videos in minutes. The interface is intuitive, so I went from first try to finished story fast. I love that it clones my voice, keeping every video on-brand and personal. I now use it daily for explainers, promos, and social clips — consistent, crisp, and impressively lifelike. Solid 5 tacos from me.

I purchased and tested Mootion because WAN 2.6 was advertised as part of the product, and that was a major reason I bought it. After using it, the current WAN 2.6 implementation does not work for my workflow because I could not upload my own audio and have the model generate a lip-synced video from it.

I did test the available options, including the record workflow suggested by the team, but that is not the same as uploading a song or audio clip directly. My use case is simple: I want to upload a 15-second music clip and have WAN 2.6 generate a video that lip-syncs to that audio. At the time of my use, that workflow was not available in Mootion.

This feedback is specifically about the implementation of an advertised model inside the product. If custom audio upload with lip-sync is important to your workflow, this limitation is worth knowing before purchase. This is apart of wan's function which is a model that mootion advertises. I hope the team improves this, because adding that functionality would make WAN 2.6 much more useful for creators working with their own audio.

What impressed me most is the AI storyboarding. Instead of manually placing clips, the platform builds the narrative structure for you, which makes the video feel more like an actual story rather than a slideshow.

It’s also very beginner-friendly, so even non-editors can create decent videos quickly.

One Limitation 🌮🌮🌮🌮

One issue I noticed is that character consistency across scenes isn’t fully reliable yet. The same character may appear slightly different from scene to scene, so sometimes you have to regenerate scenes multiple times to get the look you want.

It’s not a dealbreaker, but improving consistent character generation would make the tool significantly better.

Mootion.ai is still a powerful AI storytelling tool and a huge time-saver for content creators — but once character consistency improves, it could easily be a 5-taco product. 🌮

Is it possible to fall in love with a software? well this is what is happening with me, absolutely love this, mootion is so simple to use, it creates videos in seconds, what before would take me hours do do, now just with a few words and its done, i can move on with other tasks.

I read the reviews and thought it would be able to create at least somewhat of a viable video and it disappointedly isn't. I wanted a video for world cup host cities and it gave each city a different look, the words weren't english, no matter how many tries, detailed information about the location, how the plane looked and etc. With other platforms making videos I don't see how this is better. I really wish it worked but the product is bad and I feel like I will keep using credits to try to make one video and just waiting time.
