Q: Review Campagin Length

Are requests initially sent via email, followed by three subsequent follow-up emails?
The SMS messages are optional on our end?
Are additional emails allowed?
Between the two (email & sms) how long can a campaign be to collect reviews or is there a limit?

A: Yes to email. SMS is optional and one of three external services are required to use it. Twilio for example. You have the option of sending up to 3 reminders spaced X days apart. If no review given, you can enable “retries” after a cooldown period. That will retry sending the request and its reminders up to 2 times max. This can only be done once per customer automatically.

A: They are and can be. Just add your CNAME for the api in the agency domain section.

Q: "Start for free"

Is the option to allow leads to start for free also available for me on tier 3 using the White Label feture?

A: By default, they do get full access. You can restrict the project though by managing overrides on it. And you can suspend a project whenever you want.

Q: How to set things up

I bought the LTD and I'm getting stuck on setting up my review page - I didn't see a way to contact support, so I found myself here. I connected my Google Business page, and I thought all reviews that were good were forwarded to Google, but I just received a 5-star review, and it looks like it's only displayed on the native app. I didn't see supporting documents/videos how to set things up.......

A: On a 5 star rating it should already be set up to redirect to your Google listing to leave the review. The customer still needs to post their review on Google. It is not possible to send a review on behalf of someone.

Q: I need your support for Japanese

Hi again,
Will the Google Reviews Widget be displayed in Japanese?
It's not available in Japanese on the Kiosk Page, Showcase Page, review requests, etc.
I made a request here two months ago, but it seems it's still not supported.
I'd like to use this tool as an agency for Japanese clients, so I'd appreciate support in Japanese.

A: I just added Japanese. Might need to give it a few minutes, and then do a hard refresh. Hopefully it translated well. It uses Google Translation API.
