Q: Review Gating & AI review draft - Google compliant?
I like your platform very much. But I am not sure if every feature is compliant with Google policies. I guess review gating is compliant and AI generated review drafts too.
Could you please explain why do you still offer these features.

A: Review gating means blocking negative reviewers from leaving a public review entirely. We don't do that — the public review link is always visible to every customer. We simply surface an internal feedback form more prominently when sentiment is negative, but the customer can still post publicly.
AI-generated review suggestions are just that — suggestions. The customer has to read it, agree...
Have you added support for rich snippets yet so star ratings show up in Google search results? You've mentioned in other questions that you would do so, so I'm just keen to get an update on where this feature is at.

This product was working well before, but lately, 90% of our reviews are being intercepted by the More Good Reviews system instead of being written directly on the platforms where they matter (Google, Facebook). I have checked settings, and it seems all is set up correctly. How can I fix this? Or is it because of the multiple clicks that people are dropping off after selecting a star rating, and not doing the rating again once they see the option to put directly on Google?
Hi guys, I’m already a user of your tool and like it so far. I wanted to ask if you have plans to update the design/style of the reviews. Currently, they feel basic and could use a refresh to look more modern when we embed them on our sites. I’m keen to hear if there will be any updates?

Yes, im using widgets. I know I can add colors or change the style, such as marquee or carousel, but what I mean is the overall style and design of the reviews using the widget. I feel the design could be refreshed to look a bit more modern or offer more widget options for Google/Trust Pilot. Below are some examples:
