A: It is meant for business reviews, but can work for businesses with more than one location, which are treated somewhat like sub-projects. It might be possible to make it work for your needs, but it is not meant for product reviews on an e-commerce site.
Yes. Each one can be a location. That would give each one its own review page.
Q: German translation
When I activate the review suggestions with AI, the suggestions are only displayed in English. However, our customers speak German. Is it possible to adjust this section so that the AI output is also displayed in German?
No, it's enough if you use the browser's language.
Q: sorry, follow up question
If the customer leaves a postivie review (4 or 5 stars) and he gets redirected to my Google business page to leave a review, does he need to rate again (atars) and put a comment, or is this already prefilled? Thank you
Hello, I understand the purpose of the redirects in MGR as described (skip the form after a rating is selected and redirect elsewhere. You can also split the traffic to multiple websites by adding more than one redirect for each rating). If a customer rates 4 or 5 stars, I redirect them to Google Reviews, but where should I redirect them if they rate 1, 2, or 3 stars so that they can still provide their feedback? Is it possible to have a feedback textbox appear in MGR for their negative feedback?
A: I wouldn’t bother with redirect for negative reviews. Let the system capture the review. The showcase and widgets won’t show the negative reviews by default.
I've used other review services before and all have the same set up for Google Reviews. If the review is 1-3 stars the bad review is posted to an internal database for someone to reach out to the client. But 4-5 star reviews are sent directly to Google Reviews. Does your system work the same way?
Q: Multiple products
Hi there,
I was just wondering if you this would work for multiple products, or is this only for reviewing a business as a whole?
Thank you!

Thanks for your super fast reply! I would like to use it to collect reviews about different landlords. Could that work do you think?
Yes. Each one can be a location. That would give each one its own review page.

Jan 15, 2025A: Seems like an easy solve. Do you think the language toggle should be visible to the customer then when generating a review?

Jan 15, 2025A: Yes. There is no way to prefill that. The review will then be pulled into the platform. The sync occurs daily.

Jan 14, 2025A: Yes it does this. I treat feedback as a "native" review still, but by default, negative ratings will not show up on your widgets or showcase.
