Hello I'm considering tier3. Is the dashboard/admin panel available in Italian? And do review pages, emails and AI replies work in Italian?
3. Can star-first routing be fully disabled, so every customer is sent to Google (as required by Google's review policy)?

Oct 28, 2026A: Yes, we do have Italian translations. And yes, the replies can work in the language or your choice or the reviewer. Whatever is not translated can be editable by you, like the email text.
Yes, you can set up a redirect URL to Google on all 5 ratings. We do still allow the customers to review on Google by offering that option even if they pick a bad review.
