Q: GDPR and Agency Workflow

I have a few additional questions:

How does GDPR compliance work when managing multiple client accounts?
I noticed the hosted Review Page with Feedback Form, the hosted Kiosk Page with QR Code, and the hosted Showcase Page. How does this work for agencies with many clients? Does each client automatically get their own hosted page or subdomain? And can these pages also be embedded into the the client's own website or used with their own domain?
I'm also trying to understand the typical client workflow after the initial setup. Ideally, I'd like my clients to be able to manage everything themselves after a short onboarding session. In practice, what does that usually look like? Do they log in every day, once a week, or only occasionally to reply to reviews and check new feedback?

A: GDPR / multi-client: Each client is a separate Project — data doesn’t mix. Clients only see assigned projects. MGR is the processor under our DPA; the agency is typically the controller. Cookie consent, export, and delete are built in.

Hosted pages: Every project gets its own Review, Kiosk (QR), and Showcase pages. Unique links per client on your white-label domain, or their own domain via CNAME. Widgets embed on their site; Showcase/Review/Kiosk are hosted pages you link or QR.

Day-to-day: After onboarding + Automate, clients usually don’t log in daily. New-review emails (optional weekly report); they log in to reply or check feedback when needed.

Finally, I'm curious about the automation side. If one of my clients wants to automatically send a review request after a completed sale or appointment, how is that usually configured? Can MGR integrate with the client's CRM, booking system, or other software? What's the typical setup process, and how do agencies usually implement this for their clients?

Automation: Request Strategy per project — trigger after a date or charge, set delay, email/SMS, reminders. Turn on Automate and it runs.

Customers via Zapier, API, BCC on invoices/receipts, or CSV import.

Agency pattern: create project → connect one of those → set strategy → Automate.
