I built a tool that could send any email or SMS to your customers on a schedule. Campaigns, follow-ups, whatever you wanted to say. When I looked at how people actually used it, almost every sequence was the same: a review request after a purchase, then a reminder. So I stopped trying to be a general messenger and built More Good Reviews around that one job. After a signup, charge, or invoice, your customer gets the ask, lands on a page that looks like you, and can leave a Google review. If you run an agency, your clients do that work in a portal with your logo and your domain. Thousands of businesses and agencies have used it since, and they kept asking for the rest of the job, not another campaign tool. So the product grew around reviews. You can sync Google and Facebook, reply from the same dashboard, or let AI draft a reply in your tone. You can help a customer finish writing on your page, tag what people keep mentioning, and put the best reviews on your site with widgets and a showcase. You can send the ask by text when email is not how you reach people. If you run an agency, that whole stack sits under your logo and your domain. I still ship from that feedback. The product is no longer just a scheduled ask. It is collect, answer, and show the reviews, in one place.
