I really like your product on the first view, but there are some major features missing for me. I don't directly need the system right now, because my team is not that big, that it fits a system like this, so I will buy it with an eye on the future.
My major problem now is, that all this features aren't listed in the deal because they aren't available now and I don't know if they will really be part of all Tiers in the future. Additionally they are not even listed on the Roadmap until now, so its hard to be sure if they will surely come...
We really need all the listed features on the longer go... White label, CNAME, Custom workspaces/team, Point customization (more than 20/mo), Carryover points, Bonus points, Embed, Workspace/team report (white label, flexible reporting length), Share via Tweet, FB posting, any social media, etc. and the iPhone/Android app. Most of them are critical issues if we would use the system, for example white label and CNAME, Custom workspaces/team, Point customization.
Could you approve that they will be added to all of this three Tiers here for Appsumolings? I really want to buy and stay as a long time customer afterwards... :)

For example, can I create a leaderboard just for management and other leaderboards for different areas within the company? Or could I have a leaderboard for my company and another for an organization I'm a part of? Thanks!
I understand everyone gets 20 points to give to everyone per month by default, what if I want only certain people to be able to give points and others can just receive points/feedback?

Do you have a public (within the company) profile feature that displays "badges" or trophies allowing employees to see what kind of recognition others are getting?

Maybe control how much praise from one member to another.

It should be possible that I as ceo could reward some employees with a not restricted amount of points for special goals, etc. For example if we have a sales team, there it would be possible to give a fixed amount of points for every new deal fixed to the generated income.
