I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this product has handled its shutdown. Like many other AppSumo users, I invested in this LTD believing in the lifetime promise and the team’s continuous development. In fact, they had just launched a new UI/UX update days before announcing a full shutdown.

No warning, no explanation, no compensation, nothing.

This is not a one-time tool you can simply replace. It’s a system that many of us relied on daily for marketing campaigns and client management. Now we’re suddenly left in the dark, with our data at risk and no transition plan.

It feels like a bait & switch. After improving their platform and raising new funds, they decided to end LTD users and push everyone toward subscriptions. That’s a breach of trust, and it’s becoming an unfortunate pattern with AppSumo deals recently. Products vanish or stop honoring their promises once they grow.

AppSumo should step in and protect LTD buyers. We supported these products early on, took the risk, and helped them grow. At the very least, AppSumo should demand accountability, refunds, or credit compensation for all affected users.

Please stop allowing developers to take advantage of this platform and then abandon the community that built them.

This tool is going down. I guess not many people used it

I previously give 5 tacos because is a great tool, they keep bringing updates to enhance the power, the even redo the whole dashboard to a modern UI/UX a few days ago and now suddenly a completely unexpected full closure, no explaination, no options or paliative.

As this is not a tool you use once in a while but a house to visualize, strategize and build marketing campaigns for your business or clients if you a are an agency, you are now just left in the dark.

I love the tool, the team is great and you can see they expertise but this just doesn´t seem right as it does use AI but does not rely on heavy usage task or can be solved with a Byok. So is very strange and obviosly sad. Hopefully is not just another software company exit to be rebranded and leave us behind.

They have improved their entire website, which used to be terrible, and now that they have raised funds from Appsumo, they are forcing LTDs to leave and pay a subscription fee.
I'm sorry, but I'm going to report this, and I don't care if I lose money. Someone has to put a stop to this whole scam.

Well today it's announced it's closing so yet another AppSumo product that has either stopped honouring it's deal or completely shutdown. Really makes me wary of using AppSumo in the future,
