A: Hi Richard,
Our business model is never intended to train on user data. That's why from Day 1 we are charging our users and now raising the flag that we cannot provide a LTD.
We will delete your user data completely from our system.
I'm disappointed to lose MyClone as a LTD but grateful for the team's honesty and responsibleness in making this decision now so us Sumolings are not left out of pocket. Thank you.
Won’t I don’t get and can’t understand is how you can not run the numbers prior to doing an LTD. Grateful that you do it now and not close down in 6 months, but come on you have to admit it looks a bit strange that you did not think this through. To be honest I think this bodes badly for the company as a whole.

It looks like the offer may have been removed from AppSumo without prior notice. Could you share what led to this decision, and how things are looking going forward?
Is there a way to organise the personas into different folders or workspaces? Also the same question for the knowledge library? Are all the personas and knowledge items always in one same place or is there a way to organise them?
