Support lets this product down

One of the biggest deciders for me on how I rate a product is the quality of self-support and the interaction with support.

Most of us are willing to work with developers to iron out the issues but we can't wait around.
We only have 60 days to make a decision. Support needs to be responsive for us to work together.

Unfortunately support is what has let this product down. The online support chat for the user that has logged in has broken, and has not been fixed in the last 10 days.
There are no other self-support options that I can see, other than a discord community.

Given the chat widget is an option for the product user, this doesn't bode well.

The current support is only available through Discord chat.
I have waited 3-4 days for a response.

I have a very strong Australian accent. My experience so far shows that the app can not accommodate this. My clone sounds like me with a very strong American accent.

I really wanted this product to work and to back them but will be seeking a refund.
