Using (subdomain) as part of sending emails, is a strategy that should/has been be used for subscribed list. Though companies there too are increasingly switching to separate domain.

Subdomain, never was, and never has been a part of Cold Email strategy.
If you create and use subdomain from your main domain, and attempt to send cold email. It will 500% rekt your main domains reputation. Please never do that.

Subdomains on Mystrika were restricted to be added, as historically they have been used on Mystrika to attempt to bypass plan limits.
However, it in on our roadmap to restored warmup for subdomain (but restrict subdomain from sending cold emails).
