Hello Mystrika Support Team,
I have configured the White-label subdomain pointing to cname.mystrika.net in my account.
Details:
Username: Chirag2109
CNAME target: cname.mystrika.net
DNS result: CNAME resolves to 173.249.195.144 (verified for 2+ days)
Action taken: White-label configuration saved multiple times to retrigger SSL generation
Issue: SSL certificate has not been generated; port 443 times out for email.placemeright.in
Request:
Please manually trigger SSL certificate generation for this subdomain or investigate why it is stuck.
Please advise what provisioning steps or DNS changes, if any, are still required.
If additional DNS records or validation are needed, please provide them.
Context:
DNS appears to be resolving correctly; no visible UI errors noted.
I can supply logs or dig/nslookup results if needed.

Thanks for choosing Mystrika for scaling your business.
The SSL generation process is mostly automated and generates a cert within 24 hours.
However, in rare cases, if even after 48 hours ssl has not been generated, please drop a support email and we will manually trigger the process (or re-queue ssl generation request).
