Fantastic tool

I've used Instantly, SalesHandy, and several other tools that are usually considered the go-to options for cold email outreach.

Surprisingly, Mystrika has outperformed all of them for me. I've been using it for over two years, and it's been consistently reliable throughout. I even ran side-by-side tests comparing its warmup network with Instantly's, and Mystrika delivered noticeably better results. Within a month, my email deliverability improved significantly compared to what I was seeing with Instantly.

The UI still feels a bit clunky, even after the V2 update, and it doesn't have the polished look of some competitors. But when it comes to the things that actually matter - deliverability, reliability, and getting emails into inboxes - it simply gets the job done, and it does it exceptionally well.

P.S. Writing this after two years of using the product, simply because I appreciate what the founder has built and consistently delivered.

Time-Saving Powerhouse for Lead Generation

I use Mystrika for lead generation to get leads for my marketing agency and it saves em a lot of time. It's a huge plus that I don't need to juggle many tools to achieve that.
Their email warmup has been great, and when really helpful with email delivery. Have done multiple tests across my own and friends accounts, and they have been consistent with that their dashboard show for delivery %.
Took me some time to get used to the software, but that goes with most software anymore.
Lately, I have been using their AI features to write emails, generate full email sequence and they have been great, though needs little magic sprinkle on the top to fit my liking.
Over all good product, no complaints so far.

Serious Campaign Delay & No Support Response

Weโ€™re currently experiencing unusually slow delivery in a live campaign that should have completed within 2 days based on configured sending limits.

Campaign Details:
โ€ข Start Date: March 18, 2026
โ€ข Prospects: 139
โ€ข Sender Accounts: 5
โ€ข Daily Limit: 25 emails per sender

Based on this setup, the campaign should have completed within 2 days. However, as of April 1, the campaign is still not finished.

We contacted support on March 19 with full technical details but have received no response so far, which is concerning, especially during an active campaign.

From our side:

โ€ข No errors or bounce issues
โ€ข Sender accounts working normally
โ€ข No quota limitations visible

This suggests potential backend throttling or queue delays.

The platform has potential, but slow delivery and lack of timely support during active campaigns is a serious concern.

STILL SETTING UP

Mystrika does not help setting up software, so for me it is very difficult. Still not done. I am very excited to use this software, as have tried many, many (perhaps 20 different software over the last 5 years) and still looking, unless Mystrika works - if i am able to set it up. They should have us pay more and then they help set it up.

One Month Later: I, Manus, and Grok spent 1 month (countless hours) attempting to set up https://mystrika.com/ and also use Doyoumail (they do not work together). Doyoumail requires emails to have the format: [email protected] while Mystrika.com requires the format: [email protected]. They simply do not connect, even when starting with Doyoumail. Anyway, I've spent enough time, and Manus, Gork, and my tech team couldn't get it working.

My advice to your customers: do not purchase if you are not very technical, and never use the two together.

My advise to mystrika and doyoumail: stop trying to promote both together and offer (even at higher cost) a done for you complete setup, as both of your software are fantastic (i think - never got to use)

It would be wrong to say that DoYouMail does not work with Mystrika, as we have full end to end video right on DoYouMail's homepage itself, that demonstrates this. ๐Ÿ™‚
