Is it "French" friendly (I don't care about the interface, I mean "french" for research and content help) ?

What would make it a very good tool is being able to customize the keyword grading on the content brief editor. Problems I see are:
1- It currently allows only one keyword input and
2- The tool auto-generates many more keywords from the one inputted keyword. This is a good thing but it's not customizable. If I'm writing an article about "how to earn money fast" and my focus keyword is "money", the generated keywords are stuff like "federal reserve" or "legal tender". When I don't use these words the article grader gives an F, which does not make sense as I do not want to use those words as they are not relevant.
3- When you do keyword research, you cannot create a cluster from the search. You need to download the keyword research to a CSV file, and then upload that file back into the same tool to get the keyword cluster. This does not make sense whatsoever.
4- I don't think the keyword cluster is working as I uploaded a file 2 hours ago and still no reports.

What would make this tool a good buy:
1- Allow inputting multiple keywords (maybe one main keyword and some sub-keywords)
2- Allow adding or removing keywords on the keyword grader
3- Adding the monthly search volume to auto-generated keywords on the grading screen
4- Fix the keyword cluster workflow, allow it to be done from keyword research and make sure it actually works.

I would like to know what you think of these suggestions, if you will implement these changes and if so, what's the timeline of their implementation?

If this is how your support treats your potential customers, NO THANKS! You guys are showing a lot of people why we SHOULDN'T buy this product. Maybe this company isn't ready to expand just yet. Whelp... good luck guys! But I'm passing on this deal just on principle... such a shame cuz I really need something like this right now.

Credits were taken but I haven't received anything. Also tried to put in a support ticket but I keep getting a 403 forbidden error. Could I get some assistance with this?

I was very interested in your product and I always look at the questions before buying for clarity, and it appears I am not alone. Now I am looking for clarity on the lack of responses first and foremost. I hope your team has not been hit by some terrible incident.
