Nifty is highly regarded for its intuitive UI, robust features, and seamless collaboration. Users particularly appreciate the platform's ability to create Google Docs within the system, efficient team chat, and effective workload management. While some users have mentioned occasional hiccups and limitations in customizing layouts, Nifty remains a solid choice for those in need of a comprehensive project management solution. With a 4.6 overall rating and a 60-day money-back guarantee, Nifty is definitely worth trying out.

Great Support from Joy

I was in the process of setting up a new workspace after closing my previous company and launching a new one. Unfortunately, my account with Nifty was unexpectedly locked.

Thankfully, Joy stepped in to help resolve the issue. Her assistance was invaluable in navigating the situation, and with her support, I was able to regain access to my account without the unexpected charges. Joy's intervention made all the difference, turning a frustrating experience into a manageable one.

Support Ghosts

Two tacos. The platform is decent. Not as great as ClickUp or any of the hot new tools like Capacities, Height, or AppFlowy.

That's on the positive side. The negative side is that as a LTD member (early supporter), I would have expected more respect from their support team. To date, it has been 13 days since I sent my original inquiry directly to team@niftypm.com. I followed up two days later and still no response. The issue relates to canceling the Forms add-on and confirming that recurring charges for the add-on would cease. Simple query, right?

Anyway, Nifty is also still missing some key features like:

* A community driven support
* Checklist-to-task conversion
* Task relationship management in sub-tasks and checklist items (ClickUp does this better)
* More advanced rule builder for automation
* Adding a column in List View for a Task Progress Bar and a Timer Start/Stop component
* Option to move tasks to top of a long list with a click (e.g. like Amazon wish list)
* Precise manual time entry; currently, you can only choose half-hour increments
Ex: Adding Boolean operators for TRIGGERS as well as ACTIONS…

What if I want to do this:
Rule Name
"Give it a name…"

EXECUTE AUTOMATION IF {SELECT} > %any || all% of the rules/conditions apply
When %task% is %completed% by %anyone%
AND is %tagged% (as) %tag%
AND is %recurring%

THEN DO THIS
%Archive%
AND %Add another action%

All in all, Nifty is a not a half-bad tool for project-based work but it has fallen into my dustbin of once-promising software tools. Support is a key component of the user experience. Maybe they forgot that.

Finally, the tool I needed to stay organized

Nifty has been a game-changer for organizing my tasks and projects.

As a background, I used ClickUp a lot before it became too buggy and then moved to Notion and while Notion was great for organizing my thoughts and plans, it was lacking a lot for planning and tasks. Before Nifty, I had to use Google Tasks which just makes my calendar unreadable.

With Nifty, creating and organizing tasks takes seconds, adding documents is seamless, whether through Google files or the built-in doc editor. The Portfolios feature helps me keep content well-organized, and the drag-and-drop functionality is intuitive.

The iOS and Windows apps sync instantaneously, making it easy to access my work from anywhere. The multiple navigation options feel natural and actually make sense.

Pros:

Easy task and project organization
Seamless document integration
Effective Portfolios feature
Intuitive drag-and-drop
Reliable apps with instant syncing
Natural workflow

Cons:

Inability to view Google Docs and Sheets within the apps without public sharing (works great in the browser)
Lack of a table view with column calculations

Overall Experience:

Nifty is exactly what I needed to get organized and can't recommend it highly enough.

NEAT TOOL.

Really great project management app for my small marketing agency.

It actually does everything that I need, track projects, inbuilt "slack-like" communication feature which is neat... Time tracking if you need it and endless intergrations with my automation tools.

I love Nifty

I bought NIfty on a whim a while ago and didn't use it for 6 months because it was a bit intimidating since it does SO MUCH.

I finally onboarded Nifty with my team and business and I"M SO GLAD I DID. Nifty is clean, intuitive, helpful, and the very few times we've needed support, they've gotten back to us quick.

Awesome.
