Finally, the tool I needed to stay organized
Nifty has been a game-changer for organizing my tasks and projects.
As a background, I used ClickUp a lot before it became too buggy and then moved to Notion and while Notion was great for organizing my thoughts and plans, it was lacking a lot for planning and tasks. Before Nifty, I had to use Google Tasks which just makes my calendar unreadable.
With Nifty, creating and organizing tasks takes seconds, adding documents is seamless, whether through Google files or the built-in doc editor. The Portfolios feature helps me keep content well-organized, and the drag-and-drop functionality is intuitive.
The iOS and Windows apps sync instantaneously, making it easy to access my work from anywhere. The multiple navigation options feel natural and actually make sense.
Pros:
Easy task and project organization
Seamless document integration
Effective Portfolios feature
Intuitive drag-and-drop
Reliable apps with instant syncing
Natural workflow
Cons:
Inability to view Google Docs and Sheets within the apps without public sharing (works great in the browser)
Lack of a table view with column calculations
Overall Experience:
Nifty is exactly what I needed to get organized and can't recommend it highly enough.

NEAT TOOL.
Really great project management app for my small marketing agency.
It actually does everything that I need, track projects, inbuilt "slack-like" communication feature which is neat... Time tracking if you need it and endless intergrations with my automation tools.

I love Nifty
I bought NIfty on a whim a while ago and didn't use it for 6 months because it was a bit intimidating since it does SO MUCH.
I finally onboarded Nifty with my team and business and I"M SO GLAD I DID. Nifty is clean, intuitive, helpful, and the very few times we've needed support, they've gotten back to us quick.
Awesome.

Keeps us organized, efficient and sane
Nifty.pm has been a game-changer for our team of 20+ at Bedrock SEO, as well as our 12+ clients. After our struggles with Trello and ClickUp, Nifty.pm swept in and revolutionized our workflow, making us exponentially more organized and productive.
Here's what we love about Nifty:
Forms: The paid upgrade for forms is an absolute must-have. It's streamlined our data collection process beyond our wildest dreams.
Automation: This single feature has saved us countless hours on tedious tasks, allowing us to focus on the work that truly matters.
Collaboration: Nifty.pm has taken our teamwork to new heights. Communication, idea-sharing, and project execution have never been smoother.
Chat: Think WhatsApp on steroids. Private and group chats, voice notes, attachments, and even tasks integrated directly into conversations.
Nifty is not perfect. The email integration could be improved, and we've experienced the occasional missed notification, which ClickUp seemed to handle a bit better. But these minor inconveniences pale in comparison to the incredible benefits Nifty.pm has brought to our team.
Simply put, Nifty.pm has become the backbone of our daily operations at Bedrock SEO. It keeps us organized, efficient, and most importantly, sane.

Awesome app
I've bought a couple of project management tools (on Appsumo, and other sites), but never found one that completely satisfied my needs. Until I found nifty. Nifty has some awesome features, and now it's my daily tool for project management. Saw some users complaining about support. I have to say, that I haven't used it yet, so nothing to say about that.
