Q: I'm getting lots of buffering when trying to play back 4k content — are you aware of this issue/limitation.
Also, the 'Contact Support' button in the app doesn't work, it takes me to a URL that doesn't redirect to my email client or a contact portal.

We are actually not aware of such a limitation. We have not experienced this ourselves or heard from other users that this problem exists. I would very much like to dig into it some more. Would you be up for sharing the specific assets with us as a reference for getting to the bottom of this? If yes, please reach out on [email protected] and I will pick up conversations...
I think it may have been my internet rather than anything specific to your platform tbh. I've been impressed by the visual quality of playback, so I suspect it's partly that your bitrate is higher (which is a good thing!) than other platforms streaming 4k footage.
On the project page (e.g. click the project name on the dashboard) then on the right side there is a form giving you the option of inviting members to a project. These invites do not grant the users one of your AppSumo licenses, but simply invites them to the project. 📨
In order to provide someone with one of your extra AppSumo licenses then you will have to use the gift option...
Q: Your product looks very interesting in terms of it's functionality.
My question: Is it possible to change users? For example I have a new VA. How can I transfer a user account to her?

Thank you for the praise. You cannot transfer an account to another person at a later time. We are considering implementing a team license where this will most likely be possible, but for now it is not. 🔄 I suggest you purchase plan two or three if you want to be sure to have extra licenses at a later time. That will also include additional storage for all accounts under this...

1) Yes you are absolutely right. You are buying 10 separate licenses, but they might be upgraded to a single team license if we implement such for easier administration. With the current individual licenses, then yes you “lose” access to what they do. 🔒
