SyeQ: Hi Dinuka, I am a very torn by your product.
Like my appsumo regulars, like investing in LTD's that are good quality and look like they havbe solid founders and or investors which means they might have a good chance of being around tomorrow.
On the one hand the product looks good (and i have not tested it), and your promise to sumolings is definitely positive and you have even started off eith an iOS and Andoid app. On the other had school-boy level mistakes like your FAQ page still having the content of WP theme you use makes me wonder if you are ready for this. https://prnt.sc/FiRMqA5W7Grl or https://ninjapipe.com/faq/
I am not a website designer/developer, but I have published enough websites to know any pages that are not being used should be unpublished or drafted or deleted so that they cannot be accessed. If you get simple things like this wrong, it makes me think if you will be thorough with things, that's all. But I genuinely like being proved wrong from time to time. I hope I am in your case.
It would also be nice to know a little bit about you/founders and if there are any investors.

Aug 4, 2024A: Hi Sye. Appreciate the honest feedback. While we do have a lot to focus on in terms of branding and landing page optimizations and such, our primary focus is on the product right now as you may notice from our daily updates we make to the product to make it the best possible CRM and sales platform we can.
This also means there's a lot more things that we need to be careful of and learn and fix. Such as the pages you pointed out, which I do agree could have been handled better by me and my team. I do appreciate a bit of room for growth however as we are growing and learning! (and going up against giants in the industry!). It's been a wonderful journey so far and we are absolutely thrilled to be here and keep growing this!

I also publicly post our growth and stats on socials so feel free to check them out. We are extremely community-driven (we've shipped 7 features so far that Sumo-lings have requiested since the 30th within 5 days of the Sumo launch) so I love the team's spirit and dedication to make this amazing over time! Hi Dinuka, the product itself looks very promising. However, as you have right said, the CRM market has some big players with deep pockets, so sometimes being good alone doesn't always mean success or sustainably being around for tomorrow.
