Q: Hi, does the CRM contacts allow for manual field?
For example, if I wanted to map a Form question response to a custom field on the contacts, is that possible? Also, does it allow for scheduled reminder for follow up?

Aug 1, 2024A: Hi there! đź‘‹ It does! You can create custom data fields of any type (dropdowns, checkboxes, single or multi input, etc) and map them to Contacts. Soon we are also enabling this for every single feature like Deals, Tasks etc so you can use those custom fields anywhere within the CRM.
And yes you can create email/SMS/whatsapp reminders for follow ups. You can design any automation that you see fit! :)
