Q: Honestly speaking: drawbacks vs HubSpot
Hello!
I'm considering making the jump from HubSpot over to NinjaPipe because I've heard good things. Currently we have a team of 3 on HubSpot and are paying a monthly subscription.
What are the main features/drawbacks where Ninja Pipe is not at parity with HubSpot yet? I know this may be an uncomfortable question to answer, but I am genuinely trying to map out what the trade-offs will be for our team, and if it's worth making the jump.
Transparency and honesty would be greatly appreciated! I know we can't expect the tool to be at 100% parity already.

- We are lacking a dialler and a call recorder. We have begun working on it
- Reporting needs to be improved. We need more in-depth reporting that matured platforms may have
- Customisable dashboards is not currently there. We have begun working on this too
- We need more native integrations. We have the common ones like emails, payments, calendars. But we need to expand to other types of apps as well.
There may be more as it's a decade+ mature platform and we have been active for 4 years only. Feel free to try our free trial account too ☺️
