As I am about to launch a small marketing agency, however, I am looking at it and it seems to me that it is more suitable for an e\u002Dcommerce business, therefore, I have a couple of questions:\u000a\u000a1) Can this CRM serve for a small Marketing agency or only for an e\u002Dcommerce? \u000a2) I am in a Spanish\u002Dspeaking country, can this CRM be customized for Spanish\u002Dspeaking users/teammates/leads/clients? \u000a3) The automated workflow offered within this tool works the same as the workflow/auto\u002Dresponder offered by my ESP?\u000a\u000aLook forward to hearing from you,\u000a\u000aEduardo

Hi Eduardo! Happy to answer these!\u000a\u000a1) It\u0027s not made only for e\u002Dcommerce businesses. It can be utilized by any business as we serve as a general purpose CRM. Especially suitable for agencies\u000a2) We are working on localizing all our apps to Spanish and few other languages. You can expect this update in the next few weeks\u000a3) I believe so. I\u0027m not sure how your ESP works but we do offer the same automations with more automations added every 2\u002D3 weeks.

Thanks for your prompt answer. A few other questions:

1) I'd acquire a Tier 2 license. If I like this tool could I upgrade to Tier 3 later on?
2) I have TidyCal (calendar) and InfluencerSoft (Funnels builder) can they be connected to NinjaPipe?
3) Could you please elaborate more on the Automation workflows to have a full understanding of this? What do you mean that you add every 2-3 wks?
