InspiringDesignCoQ: Is NinjaPipe ready for a solo B2B consultant as a primary CRM?
Hi Dinuka, I'm seriously considering NinjaPipe, but have a few specific questions before purchasing:
• Document signing — Is e-signature for proposals/contracts live yet, or still on the roadmap? If on the roadmap, any target date?
• Automation reliability — A 2024 review documented automations not firing after setup. Has this been resolved?
• Email sync — Connecting Gmail. Is communication history reliably logged against contacts and deals, or are there still tracking gaps?
• Google OAuth warning — Is the "unverified app" warning on Gmail connection fully resolved?
Thanks. Your responsiveness in these reviews and questions is a big reason I'm seriously considering this.

- Docu signing: It's set to release on 28th March! We are almost done :)
- Oh definitely. We've rebuilt everything from ground up since then. Any review before 2025 December were made for our older platform, which was indeed very clunky and needed improvement. Out latest platform is fast, flexible and reliable
- Currently if your contact exists in NP, it syncs their emails. We are however extending this to support any and all email to be synced optionally.
- It's estimated to be removed by end of March. Google has an approval process we need to go through
