Q: just fullstacked this. couple questions
1. Why are we limiting "max steps per workflow" to only 25?
2. Also how many emails can we send per month with T4? Unlimited? Or is it more based on our 3rd party email connection? Ex: Gmail
3. What is a "budget"? Is that like the opposite of the invoices tab? Ex: Receipts & Expenses?
4. Is there a way we can pipe-in a full demo workspace in everyone's accounts, so we can see how a real company would be setup and run? One click delete of course when we poke around & see examples of everything
5. Also what's your thoughts on securing our data? Are you siphoning it & selling it off to everyone and their mother? Or is it super secure and you'll never share it or train AI on it, etc?
6. If USA is selected in the settings, there's still VAT being displayed. No need for that.

1) Max steps are limited for workflow efficiency, longer bigger workflows take longer to execute and instead we encourage multiple workflows based on need. We can help set these up too. But if you ever need more steps, let us know, it's on us!
2) Unlimited via workflow feature but definitely based on provider cos they have limitations I'm sure.
3) Its for finance tracking. Budgeting, expenses etc
4) We'll work on adding this. Good idea!
5) I've been the software industry for over 15 years now and paranoid about my own data and if there's anyone who's responsible with it, that would be my team! 😁 I am very vocal about this, you have my word that no data is sold. We don't even train our in-house AI assistant on your data. We have our own data for it. So yes, we care about that a lot.
6) you can then that off. Go to labels > VAT section.
