Q: Moving over from HubSpot

We are using HubSpot and it does the job for us. BUT we are only really using the Inbox functionality to reply to customer emails, we don't use any sales funnels etc. We mainly just use it to support our current Shopify customers.

We use their snippets and templates within the inbox which are very handy. But we're spending over $100 per month for what is essentially an expensive inbox.

Will NinjaPipe replace what we have here?

A: Hi there! We are releasing an inbox/email syncing feature next month which addresses just this! :) Currently we have emailing functionality and the team is working on syncing your customer replies to NP as well. Once this is released, I believe you can fully migrate from Hubspot. However we are here on AppSumo just this week :)

Thanks Jay! I read NP as Nature Provides, but I guess our business share initials with you guys.

One of the comments from our team was that our HubSpot inbox layout is not as good as we would like.

What we would love is something designed similar to Outlook, Thunderbird and MacMail. But as a single inbox for all our staff to reply to customers, tag each other, comment on email threads etc.
