Q: NO REPLY from NinjaPipe-SUPPORT or Dinuka Jay
Hi,
I have sent several emails to your support team and also contacted Dinuka Jay regarding the white-label option, but I have not received any response yet.
The team was very active while the AppSumo deal was still live, but after the deal ended, there has been no response to follow-up messages.
Could @AppSumo please help get in touch with the NinjaPipe team or clarify the best way for customers to receive support?

Have you tried creating a support ticket instead? My inbox is flooded unfortunately 😅 I suggest creating a support ticket for any issues/suggestions, etc

Hi Dinuka, Thank you for your reply .I have already created a support ticket before writing here, but unfortunately I have not received a proper response yet. The white-label issue is extremely urgent because it directly affects our business setup. Without support or clarity on this, we cannot properly use the product as intended. Could you please prioritize this issue? Kind regards :)
