I have a small online startup. And I have a marketing team of three people. They are the ones that were actually using the CRM. If I'm the owner until one says I can have three users, do I count as a user? Or am I an inherent user because I'm the owner and I can add three additional users? I do not need 20 users so I do not need tier 2. But I do need at least three users. As the owner I will simply login to monitor everything.

Any timeline on this? our situation is that our warm outreach often includes people we don't have a direct email address for, only an IG handle, so we need to DM them directly. Ideally, we'd love the CRM to track them in the pipeline too for opens, responded, follow-up, etc.
