Q: Tier one has three users. As the owner do I count as a user if I'm not really doing work?
I have a small online startup. And I have a marketing team of three people. They are the ones that were actually using the CRM. If I'm the owner until one says I can have three users, do I count as a user? Or am I an inherent user because I'm the owner and I can add three additional users? I do not need 20 users so I do not need tier 2. But I do need at least three users. As the owner I will simply login to monitor everything.

T2 is obviously better, but for me it would be overkill. T1 is sufficient except for the limitation on users. Don't need 20 maybe only four or five. Everything else is sufficient for a startup. Difference in price is not cost effective for me
