Q: Will there ever be, or is NP already, HIPAA compliant?
I have an associate who is in a market that is marginally medical related. It's a medical directory, not really medical serivces, but he thinks what he thinks...

Aug 8, 2024A: We are currently HIPAA compliant as we do ensure data encryption, we have access controls, we maintain audit logs of all data access and changes, we have a system for backing up data and recovery, we have a secure data disposal mechanism upon request of deletion.
