Disappointing
It doesn't seem to me that this product has a clear Use Case. It lacks basic CRM/Pipeline functionality, specifically the ability to manage calling activity e.g. scheduling calls/tasks and follow ups and linking them to contacts and deals.
It would be better to get Deal Management sorted and worry about Automations, Quotes, Invoices etc later. That functionality is readily available in any decent financials/accounts package which any business would have
