Doesn´t work and no answers to our questions
We purchased NinjaPipe quite some time ago—unfortunately, since it’s no longer eligible for a refund and no one is responding. The software doesn’t work: the data upload process is flawed, it sends messages to clients we've imported in a different language and with the application’s logo instead of our own, and we are unable to change it. We also can't add custom fields beyond those pre-set by the platform. It’s not user-friendly and lacks intuitive design. Not help available. Nothing in Spanish as well.
Our team has been frustrated throughout this entire time. We've tried to contact technical support multiple times, but we’ve received no response. On AppSumo, we read that this is because the team is “small.” That is not an acceptable answer. If the team is too small to properly support users, they should limit sales or wait until they have a reliable and usable product before launching it.
AppSumo should stand behind its users and push for an actual response on our behalf.
We are extremely disappointed—especially considering we purchased the highest tier available.
