Great CRM with even an exceptional Support / Team!
NinjaPipe has developed incredibly positively and it is not at the end yet! The V4 is evolving into a very good CRM!
The flexibility of the API endpoints, GDPR compliance, the UI, the development speed is immense (almost weekly 1-2 updates come), the customer support is incredible, and last but not least: the team around Dinuka is sensational. Open to criticism (whether it is to further improve the UIX, implement value-added features, or ideas such as desired workflow scenarios in NinjaPipe).
What I do not find optimal yet is the currently noticeably slower performance (at least for us Europeans), that there is still no hosting on European servers (which would be very important for customer data for us), and new features could sometimes be explained better (video, self-education stuff, etc), but I believe the team already knows about the last point and is catching up more and more! đź‘Ť
You get here an already very comprehensive CRM that can be used both for D2D sales, as well as for online sales teams or like us (SaaS service providers) at an incredibly good price.
