Limited CRM

My review does not reflect the dedication and constant communication of the NinjaPipe team. Their effort is unparalleled, but the product has specific nuances that need attention.

Pros:

Ease of Use: The simplicity of NinjaPipe CRM is solid. It's intuitive enough that even my grandparents could navigate its features effortlessly.
Business Suitability: This CRM caters well to businesses with straightforward operations like sales and basic management.
Integrations: The integration capabilities with Zapier and ActivePieces are impressive at this stage of development, enhancing its utility.

Cons:

User Experience: Despite a visually appealing UI, the UX falls short. The pipeline tab allows deal creation but restricts access to a limited sidebar displaying only priority levels and due dates. Accessing the full deal details requires navigating to the "Deals" tab, which lacks the user-friendly Kanban view.
Contact Linking: Contact management is severely limited. For instance, creating a contact like "John Smith" and linking him to a deal provides only basic information such as name and email. Accessing detailed contact information necessitates switching tabs, which is inefficient and time-consuming.
Preset Property Fields: The CRM includes numerous preset fields irrelevant to my use case, reminiscent of a new phone loaded with unnecessary preinstalled apps. Fields like "Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Company name (B2C use case), Industry/Sector, Company size, Position, Revenue, MRR, Churn Rate, or Currency" cannot be deleted or moved, cluttering the interface.

Overall:
From my expeience with top CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and other niche CRMs- NinjaPipe offers a decent start, its limitations in UX and contact management hinder its effectiveness. At this time of review, I have experienced with both NinjaPipe and Amwork (AppSumo) for a few weeks now. For a more robust CRM experience, I recommend trying Amwork, which features better field mapping and layout. Amwork feels and operates more like a CRM. However, it's worth noting that Amwork's integrations are very limited currently.

I hope the team can make a better layout with the deal fields and mapping with more information available. As of right now it is too limited and will not be a viable product for my small business.
