Refund Requested. Dissapointing
Sorry, but this just isn't good enough.
I asked 2 weeks ago for support on migrating in some CSV files from my existing CRM, Pipedrive... - a feature that SHOULD be built before this was even released - I mean, how can a CRM product team not realise that most customers will already have a CRM and be migrating, and give the tools to do so?
I was told the backend team would do this for me.
So I provided the info and resorted to making lists of actions I was taking, to update the platform with, when working.
Then, I was promised by the end of that weekend.
Deadline comes and goes... no communication.
I prompt again, and get told it's in progress... with no deadline.
I provided a clear deadline of 5pm yesterday for british time... and the team agreed this was achievable, and that I'd be updated.
Deadline comes.
Deadline goes.
Nothing.
Then I get a message to say it's about to go live, at midnight my time?
By which time I'd already requested a refund.
If you want to build a SaaS product, you need to really work on DELIVERING on promises.
I'm happy that a lifetime price for something, comes with a few bugs and things still being straightened out, but don't over promise and under deliver, repeatedly.
