My access is not working properly and I’m unable to login without signing up for whatever reason. I do not got an answer or any support.

Creating, selling and at the very end not supporting is something I do not like.

This time I hope by writing in here I will get an answer or support.

Like most of you, I was disappointed when I tried to log in and my account was not active. Some time ago, I spoke with the founder (or another lead - I do not remember which) and he shared they were having challenges staying afloat. Another product came out with almost the same name and they were struggling... I let him know I would pray for them.

I reached out to AppSumo and let them know the situation with my account and they promised to investigate. It took a little time (and they said it might) but they connected with NinjaTools and I do not know what help they offered or suggested, but, the good news is - they are back!
My login works and I was able to get information from several prompts.

We must remember these are startup companies and they look to us for constructive feedback, to share the product with others even after the deal is done (that is where their sustainability most often happens) and for us to be kind, considerate and in my opinion, a little less demanding. They are developing and growing and need our support as much if not more than our scrutiny.

I gave four stars because I feel they could have had the courtesy to apprise us of the change in their status and later update us when they rebounded.

As the previous message, I have now a free access, I don't have AppSumo key since few days. I have a lifetime deal Tier 1 since one year and suddenly, a free account.

I can't log in anymore; at least, it keeps saying “Sign in to continue.” However, my account is shown in the settings. But under “Current plan,” it says “free,” even though I purchased the Lifetime deal Tier 3.

Can’t use it - seems closed
