I can't log in anymore; at least, it keeps saying “Sign in to continue.” However, my account is shown in the settings. But under “Current plan,” it says “free,” even though I purchased the Lifetime deal.

Ninjatools seems to be dead now without any warning or explanation. I haven't been able to log in for days. Wrote to the help center but no response yet. The lifetime subscription is nice, but the "life span" is too short.

Doesn't work
Can't log in, and haven't been able to for a week and half or so. We can't use the software at all.
There only seems to be one person supporting Ninja tools now and he doesn't respond via email or discord. If there is any response at all, there are three words to the comments.
