Q: MCP support for Greta

Hi team- Does the MCP work with Greta? I absolutely love your tool and Greta, but I'm not sure how to link both? I have seen your videos with cursor and VS Code, but not sure if Greta will work just like that.
Any help is appreciated.

best,
M

A: Hi,
It seems like Greta doesn't have any MCP support yet. Hence you need to manually connect with them by providing the NCB api endpoints to Greta and telling it to integrate.

Thanks

Q: Loved the product — do you offer a referral program?

Hello dear team,

My partner and I have been using your tool for over a year now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The pace of new features, updates, and overall vision has been really impressive—kudos to the team!

I wanted to check if you currently offer any referral or affiliate programs. I run a Facebook community and a Slack channel with 5,000+ members, primarily focused on vibe coding...

A: Hello,
Thanks so much for your support and kind words. At the moment, we don't have any affiliate program but its a good suggestion. I'll pass this feedback to our support team who can look into creating our own affiliate programs.

Q: Higher API Rate Limits

Hi Riya,

We received your email about the new API thresholds on 04/04/2026.

What's the process to request a higher API limit (temporary or permanent)?

What evidence do you need (traffic graphs, logs, projected QPS)? Are short-term burst increases for launches or campaigns available? Any pricing, SLA, or partner pathways for higher limits?

For context, other AppSumo deals like Teable...

A: Hi Martin,

Appreciate the detailed questions — let me clarify a few important points:

Rate limits scope:
There are no rate limits for admin/internal usage when you're calling APIs with your secret key. Limits apply only to public-facing apps, as mentioned earlier.

How limits are applied:
These are per user, not global across your app. So one heavy user won’t throttle everyone else.

Are the...

Q: MySQL vs PostgreSQL and performance (>1,000,000 rows)

Hello,
I am interested in plan 5 but I am curious to know: Why did you choose MySQL and not PostgreSQL? pgsql has been the #1 most used/recommended option in recent years in most surveys conducted (this includes SAAS), and although MySQL/MariaDB is also widely used, that is mainly due to CMS systems like WordPress. pgsql has native row-level security (RLS) built in, and from what I read, you had...

A: Hello,
Great questions — really appreciate the thoughtful comparison.
We chose MySQL for its operational simplicity, predictable performance, and ease of managing multi-tenant workloads at scale. While PostgreSQL offers native features like RLS, we’ve built our own access control layer tailored for “vibe-built” apps created via tools like Cursor and Visual Studio Code, keeping things simple and...

Q: Edge/Serverless Functions ETA?

Hey, I was wanting to know if you all had an ETA for when Edge/Serverless Functions would be launched? This is the main thing I am waiting on to truly start shipping with NCB as a true Supabase replacement. You all seem to have sealed up all the other holes and this is the last really big milestone from what I can tell.

A: Hello JakeVan,
Edge/Serverless Functions are still in development and we don't have any ETA yet for it. The important part here is the security as these functions will be running on shared infrastructure and any malicious function code can have a severe impact on all! So, development is not hard, its just the SecOps which we need to put in place first.

Best,
Riya
